Have a drill sitting?

I have a crew with combined 30years. we have our own work to go to, or we will work directly for you. finding the work is not the issue. Traveling is no issue. What is the issue is not having our own drill, We want to find one individual who has a drill sitting and needs a foreman with crew with no micro management, this isn’t a babysit crew.or would be open to leasing us to own your unmanned drill. Llc and insurance are ready. We start to pay you as soon as we start to use it. Would like a monthly set rate for the payment plus a footage payment. Easy way to get out of an extra drill or maybe a drill that needs some tlc.You will see after the first day that it was a smart business plan. we are motivated and take our job serious.
