Qualifications
-Must have a minimum 2 years of directional drilling experience as operator and/or locator – Must have basic operating experience with heavy equipment -Capable of working outside in all types of weather and ground conditions. -Valid Driver’s license (Class A CDL is a plus) -Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing per company policy
Job Description
A well developed directional boring company in the central Pennsylvania area is looking to hire individuals skilled in directional boring and or locating of directional drilling. Past experience on Vermeer 36/50 DR is a plus.
Essential Responsibilities:
Possessing a valid drivers license with clean driving record.
Safely and efficiently perform operating and labor duties at construction site
Ability to perform some manual labor if necessary
Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.
Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment along with general laborer duties; refer major problems to the supervisor.
Some travel to outlying areas will likely be required
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
