They answered my questions, explained everything, and were very thoughtful about the cleanliness and how they presented themselves and Agentis. It was nice to see them take pride in their work. They also made recommendations based on their experience and didn't try to oversell anything. The final project was completed earlier than expected and less expensive than competitors in the area so a great value as well.

Very pleased to see the no-charge house visit when making my appointment. Got a call day of offering me an earlier time. While I couldn’t take that due to work, it was a nice thing to be offered. They reached out with a 30-minute heads up for the arrival time. Matt was very nice and gave his professional opinions about new water heater options. Was not expecting Agentis to be able to replace a water heater that day, but within the afternoon, all service had been completed. Hoping my house cooperates with me for years to come, but if there’s plumbing trouble again, I know who to call.

Austin did a great job from start to finish at Agentis plumbing. He showed up on time, respected my house, and walked me through the issue I was having needed to get a whole toilet replaced and it was a very fair price. Will be calling them from now on! Highly recommend it if you need plumbing services
