    My name is William Cecil, Im 29 years old. I have 8+ years operating drills, locating, locating existing cable/utilities, operating backhoes/mini/excavators, operating plows/trenchers. I have foreman exp. as well as experience supervising multiple crews. I have set Manhole, handholes, peds and installed drops. I can read blueprints, most work was done for At&t. Im located in NC but will travel for the right offer. I would like to find someone or a company that is looking for a partner to run their equipiment, manage daily operations, plan the job. I would perfer to be paid per foot. I avg 1000′-1500′ daily. I could make you alot of money.
