Supervisor Needed Louisana

We are looking for a supervisor in the greater Lake Pontchartrain area. We have work in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Covington, Slidell, Hammond, and all the areas in between. We are looking for a highly motivated supervisor who can push crews to perform repairs on the ATT network in all situations. It is preferred that you can operate a machine in drill to mode if we are short staffed. Must be responsive on nights and weekends.

Must be able to:
Operate Directional Drill
Operate Mini Excavator
Locate for Directional Drill
Use a utility line locator
Dig by Hand
Fill out paperwork
Read Prints

Responsibilities will include:
Approving pictures of measurements of all work performed
Filling out production reports using ATT billing codes
Maintaining equipment inventory
Receive and respond to Emails
Troubleshoot breaks in a fiber or copper line using a utility line locator
Communicate effectively with ATT technicians and mangers
Respond to emergency calls after hours
Locate/operate directional drill for emergency damages
Run a missile across roads
Hand trench broken lines in rear easement
Maintaining machines, tools, trucks and equipment
Identify inefficiencies in the process
Lead crews to increase productivity
