    Need sub worker with mini trackhoe to follow drill. Make the tie ins, set handholds, test conduit and blowing BB backfill cleanup, seed, straw. CDL driver to pothole locate utilities, box locator (to hook up to conduit full pulling in know show to do GPS, and paperwork.
