    I found a good business opportunity for building a nice mall in Nebraska. However, not everything feels as great as it looks. Seems that the previous owner is hiding something from me. Can anybody develop software that can check his previous profits?

    Hi there, I think you need to do some background check and also ask him to provide profits and losses report for the three previous years. Software development won’t help you here.

    Profits and losses sheet is a good thing. But I also think that without a proper software you won’t see the whole picture. You can ask the previous owner to give you a permission to use venue management AI platform to measure and analyze car traffic as well as crowd in the area and whereabouts. If he refuses, that will be a bad sign for you.
