    Blackhawk does NOT pay their Employees or Subcontractors.

    : Blackhawk does NOT pay their Employees or Subcontractors. With non-union construction work youre always rolling the dice when it comes the money,… like in California they couldnt get away with that-there are strict laws that the CoC,GOP,ABS, a few other greedy groups of people just hate.
