    BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY UTILICOM FAILED TO MAKE A PAYMENT TO SUBCONTRACTORS. That’s not the first time as we know. GAIGE JOYNER usually promises many projects and commitments but at the end nothing works as agreed. PROJECT WAS APPROVED BY A PRIME AND UTILICOM RECEIVED THE MONEY BUT HE DIDN’T PAY SUBS.
    GAIGE JOYNER is the OWNER.

    that is a totally different and NON affiliated company from Utili-Comm South ,Inc with offices in Florence, KY and Gainesville, GA

    Yes, Utilicom/Gaige Joyner is a con man. We are in Charlotte searching for him.
