Hard working crew, looking for consistency

2 guys who can run ditch witch/Vermeer drills from 5×20-36×50. Can operate supporting equipment, can operate plows.
I can locate digitrak, or subsite.
Can do most of the Job from white line, to red line.
1 guy who labors/runs the mini(in non congested areas)
2 labors that know their way around the machines/job.
We are all relatively young, good shape, hard workers, have common sense.
Me and my top guy combine for 15 years experience.
3 labors combine for roughly 3 and a half years.
You may out-produce us but You won’t outwork us.
For the most part, we don’t make avoidable damages or mistakes.
We are from south Mississippi, and north Alabama.
Prefer to work in south ms,la,al or fl panhandle. But open to all opportunities that offer consistency.
