Looking for a drill to Lease/Rent/Buy

Located in NC, local business that’s been operating since 2013. Have multiple contracts in motion at this time but am only running subcontractors. Have plenty of dark fiber work as well as Google and Verizon work, electrical distribution placement as well. We’ve gotten so busy that I’ve had to put my operators in supervisor positions for the past year and we are all ready to get back on the drill seat. Not looking for anything smaller then a 1220 or 2022. Licensed and insured. Have references for previous leases. Have done straight flat rate every month or break a piece of the footage price off for lease, either or, both ways work. A complete package would be great but not required.
