The septic company had come out twice to snake the main sewer pipe from the outside after multiple drains out on to our floors. Snaking it temporally opened the drain but the blockage came back. After the 3rd overflow, I messaged Russ at 7pm and had an appointment for 10am the next morning by 7:05. He showed up on time, fully assessed the problem from outside and in, and made the recommendation to jet the main sewer pipe. He was able to dislodge huge amounts of grease build-up and get the waste water flowing again. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. A must call
