TRENCHLESS SEWER REPAIR IN PHILADELPHIA AREA — EXPERIENCE MATTERS!

We are master plumbers with a deep background in mechanical work who began pipe bursting 19 years ago.  Since then we have added other technologies such that we now have a full menu of trenchless pipe replacement and rehabilitation technologies.  Every problem is different and every tool has its strengths and weaknesses.  With five technologies in-house we can match the best solution for every issue.  Our experience includes thousands of residential jobs as well as completed jobs for commercial, manufacturing, colleges, hospitals, municipalities, and others, including the US National Park System and the US Army Corps of Engineers.  We also love working for other contractors; plumbers, drain cleaners, and others.

Innovative solutions for all types of hard to access piping. From residential laterals and services to large diameter municipal mains, we’ve got you covered. Our company strives to make our client and their needs a priority!

Most of our clients are in Eastern Pennsylvania but we often travel much further to do work because of our equipment and experience. Frequently, we’re called in to work with a local contractor or a municipality who has a lot of the traditional experience and equipment and just needs our special experience and equipment to complete their team on a project. For example, we recently assisted a local contractor in the Washington, DC area to replace ten different sections of sewer mains, and we worked with another on an Army Depot under the US Army Corps of Engineers to replace a forced sewer main running under some roads and railroad tracks. Locally we do a lot of work with plumbers on residential sewer and water lines and we also do a lot of work directly for homeowners and building owners.

We are master plumbers and are registered in Pennsylvania under the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HIC # is PA021884). We are also members of the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO), and the International Pipe Bursting Association (IPBA).

John and his team at The Pipe Shark did an incredible job replacing our old sewer line using Cured In Place Piping Technology. It is coming up to the 1 year anniversary since they carried out their work. It speaks to their dedication and professionalism that they did it during the freezing snow storm of January 2018, even though I suggested that they postpone. From the time they came to do the initial proposal, to when they completed the job, they were courteous, communicative, and simply a pleasure to interact with. As other reviewers pointed out, they were very careful and respectful of the area in which they worked. They left our property spotless. Their pricing was extremely competitive. I highly recommend them!

These guys are brilliant at underground pipe repair. They can restore a drain line without digging it up! That’s fantastic if you have landscaping or pavers that you don’t want destroyed. I’m very impressed with them, particularly Jaco who was very knowledgeable and professional.

I had a pipe liner installed from my basement bathroom to the outlet trap in my backyard over 100 feet away. It was expensive at $10,000, but the alternative was to have quite frequent cleanouts of the existing Clay and Terracotta piping of tree roots and I would still be at risk of more leaks and possible water damage. Pipeshark was excellent in all aspects of the job. Steve and Jaco explained the work thoroughly and my experience for the three day job was excellent. Good company, good team of people and I can recommend them highly. While researching I cam across a helpful video of work using this technology on Bob Villa of the PBS show "This Old House." Tom R.
